The protruding facades are inspired by their surroundings: the ground level is covered with stone whose colour and appearance closely resemble the facade of the adjoining building, no. 7.
Above this base, the main floors and attic levels have a facade in brick, matching the neighbouring no. 13. Vertical lines mark the upper section of each surface under each deck.
The two cladding materials – stone and brick – are the same colour as the stone. The cladding of the window frames and the undersides of the lintels matches the main sections of the building. The projecting corners are clad with suitable monolithic components.
