The real estate complex "The Place" is located at 134-136 avenue Aristide-Briand in Montrouge, an address near Paris that stands out from the glass and metal office buildings in its surroundings through the use of stone.
The project favors durability, aesthetics, integration into the city and consideration of environmental issues. This program will reveal the original potential of the surroundings by exploiting new spatial riches, which will lead to a transformation of this neighborhood.
A conference and light dining space oriented towards a private garden.
The building, for office use, spans 10,149 m² including 8,021 m² of offices complemented by 905 m² of services and 1,223 m² of business center. These offer a conference space and light dining area oriented towards a private garden. Aiming for environmental certifications HQE Excellent, Breeam Very Good and Effinergie +, the real estate complex benefits from accessible green spaces that extend over more than 1,000 m² from the garden level to the 4th floor, including the ground floor.
Being able to contribute to the greening of a neighborhood and to the preservation of biodiversity in the city and thereby provide a sense of nature to the occupants of the site is a theme that is particularly close to our hearts.
This office building will be a true management and performance tool for companies. It must be able to accommodate the new working methods of its future occupants.
