Neo Veo

The NeoVeo project where Neo the element, Veo the environment is an environmental antidote along the A86 motorway. The rhythm of its facades in seven elements composed of two large built ensembles crowned with an attic floor set on a base comes as an environmental antidote to install life on a highway axis carrying nuisances, transforming this highway into a boulevard thus destroying its nature of "high way". Set in a garden at the rear, the architecture of this ensemble is designed in harmony with the housing.
A vegetated parking lot borders a large garden organizing the entire composition, marks the access axis and projects onto the motorway facade in a large vegetated break that draws a new silhouette where architecture and nature play the same musical score. We designed and built a corporate building with an area of 20,300 m². Neo is the result of a fifteen-month construction project. In addition to the 20,300 m² of offices, this new generation corporate building has a parking lot of 690 spaces underground and above ground. A company restaurant offers 1,060 covers for all employees.
