The project is focused on improving the quality of life for the neighborhood's residents.
Initiated by lefebvre sarrut and the city of montrouge, the project is focused on improving the quality of life for the neighborhood's residents, it offers a unique functional mix with green spaces, shops, a covered market, a nursery and a cultural space. Special attention is given to the development of a central park of 4,300 m², designed as a community convergence point and a haven of biodiversity. The project stands out for its integrated approach, which blends urban life, culture, and respect for the environment. Les halles de montrouge aims to revitalize the neighborhood while offering quality housing adapted to the diverse needs of residents. The emphasis is on sustainability, with the use of geo-energy and eco-responsible water management. By promoting soft mobility and urban planning focused on well-being, this project embodies the vision of a peaceful, opened-up neighborhood centered on people.
