Lecourbe Residence

This project consists of transforming obsolete and mono-oriented offices into 107 housing units for students, equipped with common areas and services. The hqe building, topped with a green roof, allows for a mix of uses (rentals and shared accommodations through duplexes and triplexes) thanks to the flexibility of the spaces. The color scheme and morphology of the offices have been preserved, but the agency has developed the play of colors and added mirrors to allow the surrounding gardens to be reflected on the student residence and for the proximity of nature to give the place a calm atmosphere, conducive to studying.
