Thanks to a mapping of climate risks, we optimized the layout of built blocks and public spaces to promote natural ventilation.

Le Lamentin project illustrates an innovative approach to resilient urban planning, in collaboration with The Climate Company. Thanks to a mapping of climate risks, we optimized the layout of built blocks and public spaces to promote natural ventilation. Vegetation was integrated as a climate network, creating cooling corridors adapted to the tropical climate. Construction materials, such as hemp concrete, were chosen for their regulatory properties. This project embodies a vision of collaborative urban planning, combining sustainable development and quality of life for residents. By combining the expertise of architects and climatologists, we have designed a city that responds to contemporary environmental challenges. Le Lamentin thus positions itself as a model for the urban planning of tomorrow, harmonizing innovation and respect for the living environment.
