Revegetate the neighborhood and restore the riverbank landscape.
The voracious urban development of Istanbul has replaced the parks that once descended from the hills and along the Bosphorus. The goal, therefore, is to revegetate this neighborhood and restore the riverbank landscape. Three vegetated residential towers, set on the sloping terrain with a base housing a shopping center, feature hanging garden terraces that free the ground to regain its covering of trees and gardens. These avant-garde buildings are energy-positive.
