Create in this natural setting a structure adapted to its environment.
Along the Seine, at the foot of the chalk cliffs, this site mistreated by time and constructions that have erased the reading of the natural geography of the site, is reborn thanks to a project that revives the landscape. The aim is to create in this natural setting a structure adapted to its environment, offering a range of varied accommodations and activities, in order to meet the wishes of a city clientele to come and immerse themselves in nature. The composition of the master plan is based on the desire to organize, along this portion of road, a sequencing alternating built spaces of different typologies and visual openings, and freeing up different landscape areas.
