By adopting a biomimetic approach, the design draws inspiration from the rhizomic form of roots, creating an architecture in harmony with nature. Regenerative architecture, characterized by facades optimized for natural lighting and ventilation, aims to reduce the carbon footprint. "Empreinte" aspires to create a harmonious ecosystem with flexible spaces that encourage interaction, including green terraces and a dynamic central plaza. The use of bio-based and geo-sourced materials, along with water management systems that mimic the natural cycle, supports a bioclimatic approach.
