The architecture firm Anthony Bechu, represented by Anthony Bechu, heritage architect, Romain-Louis Perouse de Montclos and Jane Yingjie Zhang project managers and their team, and the interior design agency Volume ABC, represented by Aliénor Bechu and Donald Bovy, were tasked with creating the concept as well as the primary designs for this development, inspired by the French chateaux of the 18th century.
The program is divided into five elements. Three first elements take place around a garden and its lake ; a 9,000 m² castle located in the axis of the entrance, on the right in front of the gazebo on the lake, with the backdrop of the banquet room of 3 000 m ² and a 9000 m² castle with its horseshoe staircase; a building containing a banquet hall opposite a brick and stone castle which receives the administration. The finishing touch is provided by 6 villas, including 2 that are twinned, which act as the reception area.
like the great castles of the 18th century, which generally included an element of Chinese architecture in their composition, a large gallery faces the railway and leads to a pagoda of 1 000 m². This bridge between the two cultures is a festive connection inspired by the great celebrations of Fontainebleau, Versailles, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Ambroise and other famous chateaux.
