The ASARI project, located in Foum el Oued along the Moroccan Atlantic coast, has been selected as one of the best projects of the year on Archilovers for its exceptional aesthetics, creativity and functionality.Driven by the OCP Group through the Phosboucraâ Foundation, this national priority project aims to contribute to the economic and social development of the promising region of Laâyoune, by establishing a hub dedicated to research and innovation.
Composed of different complementary programmatic elements, including several work spaces, laboratories and teaching premises, ASARI positions itself as an opportunity for change for the inhabitants of this territory.
Architectural catalyst of a societal renaissance between desert and ocean.

Designed as a landscape landmark, this project responds to three major objectives. First, it participates in triggering a positive and profound transformation of societies, by proposing new forms of social organization, creating new uses and value.
Next, it aims to reinvent ways of living, working and exchanging. Finally, it uses architecture as a form of expression necessary for the creation of an identity and sober place, thanks to a site that is located at the landscape confluence between the desert and the ocean.
