Clos Saint-Louis: In harmony with the existing city
Our Clos Saint-Louis construction site in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, seen from the birds' eyes, is eagerly waiting to soon welcome their nests. This new 100% pedestrian district, built on the former hospital site, is slowly taking shape, offering a unique and environmentally friendly living environment.

Reinvented heritage, revitalized urban journey.
Organized between squares and small squares, the Clos Saint-Louis takes up the existing route between the castle square and the market square, reintegrating the old pavilions rehabilitated into housing.
Two water towers are also transformed into a co-living residence and a belvedere accessible to all, offering a breathtaking view of the city.
Living laboratory of tomorrow's climate.

By transposing the footprint of Saint-Germain's pedestrian streets onto this new district, we have taken care to respect the urban fabric, scale and DNA of the city, while revealing its heritage.
Houses placed here and there on the roofs offer sky-level gardens, creating a unique and green living environment.

The art of living reinvented by Bechu & Associés - An urban symphony between heritage and nature.
